Demand Documents Checklist for Employers
As per the Foreign Employment Act of Nepal, the Department of Foreign Employment requires the following basic demand-related documents to be prepared, verified, and approved by the Embassy of Nepal in the respective destination country prior to hiring Nepali workers for foreign employment.
